Return and Refund Policy for Wrong Product Delivery (Within 3 Days)
We strive to ensure that you receive the correct products in perfect condition. However, if you receive an incorrect item, the following return and refund policy applies:
1. Eligibility for Return :
You are eligible to return the product if you receive the wrong item or a product that does not match your order.
The return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags, labels, and accessories.
2. Return Process :
To request a return, contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product.
You must provide proof of the issue, such as photos of the incorrect item or the packing slip showing the wrong product.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. Refund or Replacement :
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, you may choose between a replacement of the correct item or a full refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
4. Return Shipping Costs :
If the product sent is incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions :
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible for a return or refund.
Items purchased during special promotions or sales may have a modified return policy.
